I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I used to write my own stories about helicopters and dinosaurs. In my student years I created a football fanzine, and started contributing to magazines and websites. By the time I left Uni, I had regular work writing football news for FansFC.com (one of the biggest football sites in the UK at the time) and blogging and reviewing for Movie Gazette.
Since then, I’ve spent four years copywriting for a TV listings agency, seven years editing children’s books for Penguin Random House, and I’ve written and illustrated two of my own books for Tate Publishing.
Outside work, I have a passion for food, travel and football, so decided to combine all three into a predictably titled blog, Food Travel Football.
